How long will my order take to arrive?

Safety and speed are priorities. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Mainland Portugal: 5 to 12 business days.
  • Azores and Madeira: 7 to 15 business days.

You will receive the tracking code by email (24-48h after dispatch) so you can follow every step of the delivery.

What is your return policy? Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if the product is not suitable for your pet, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

To start the process, please contact us by email: pet.amanimais@gmail.com. The product must be returned in its original condition.

What are the shipping options?

We have two options at Checkout:

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders (Mainland and Islands).
  • Insured Shipping (Recommended): For an extra cost, your order is covered by insurance against theft, loss, and damage during transit. If anything happens, we guarantee immediate reshipment of the product or a full priority refund.

How can I track my order?


You can track your order on our dedicated tracking page, using your order number and the email provided at the time of purchase. Due to logistics, tracking updates may take 2 to 3 days after you receive the code.

Are console seats universal?

Yes. Our Co-Pilot™ model is designed to be universal and easy to install. Thanks to its adjustable straps, it attaches securely to most car centre consoles.
